Hiring Process

International Talent Hiring Process

Alexander Path assists employers in recruiting qualified workers from non-EU countries to address workforce shortages and support business growth. We manage the recruitment process from workforce planning to employee deployment while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

What is International Workforce Recruitment?

International workforce recruitment enables employers to hire qualified workers from outside the European Union when local labor shortages exist. This process helps businesses maintain operations, support growth, and access the skilled workforce they require.

Depending on the position and country of employment, recruitment may involve long-term employment, seasonal work, or specialized workforce placements. Alexander Path supports employers and candidates throughout the entire recruitment journey.

Step 1 – Workforce Request & Application

The employer provides information regarding workforce requirements, including job positions, qualifications, number of workers needed, and employment conditions.

Alexander Path reviews the requirements and assists with the preparation and submission of the necessary documentation to the competent authorities.

Step 2 – Candidate Selection & Approval Process

Through our international recruitment network, Alexander Path identifies, screens, and presents suitable candidates to the employer.

Once approvals are granted, candidates proceed with visa, immigration, and consular procedures required for legal entry and employment.

  • Candidate sourcing and screening
  • Document verification
  • Visa and immigration support
  • Employer-candidate coordination

Step 3 – Arrival & Employment Commencement

After receiving the required travel and employment authorizations, workers travel to the destination country and complete onboarding procedures.

Alexander Path continues to support both employers and employees during the transition period to ensure a smooth start of employment.

Upon completion of all administrative requirements, the employee is fully authorized to commence work legally.

Why Choose Alexander Path?

We provide end-to-end workforce solutions, connecting employers with qualified international talent while managing recruitment, documentation, workforce mobility, and onboarding support.
